My approach is grounded in a systemic understanding of the body — recognizing that our nervous systems don’t exist in isolation. The ways we adapt, protect, and respond are profoundly shaped by social conditions, cultural identities, environments, and histories of oppression. I hold these wider contexts with care, helping clients locate both personal and collective pathways toward freedom and agency.
The core of our work together is the facilitation of The Resilience Toolkit, a body-based framework that helps you develop attunement to your personal stress and relaxation cycles. Through guided practice, clients learn to strengthen their nervous system’s flexibility and capacity, increasing resilience, choice, and a sense of connection and belonging. Over time, regular practice of the Toolkit’s “Tools” supports embodied self-awareness, and the reconnection, repair, and expansion of your individual essence or life force — a guiding pillar in all our work together.
